Please read the following terms and conditions before ordering and paying for a lawn sign rental. Please understand that by ordering any of our signs, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• Payment is due – upon receipt of invoice to secure your date.
• Cancellation – If you cancel your order prior to the delivery day, we will refund you 1/2 of your payment, or you can reschedule for another day.
• Day of Cancellation will not receive a refund.
• Surprise Bookings – If you are booking for another location, please ensure that someone at that location is notified that a lawn greeting will be delivered, set up, and picked up between the hours agreed on.
• Inclement Weather – We will not be able to deliver your lawn greeting if there is any hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and pick up. There will be a full refund if this happens, or you can reschedule.
• We reserve the right to photograph your lawn greeting for promotional purposes. Your payment is your agreement to photographs being published on our website and social media.
• Decline orders – We have the right to decline orders that are disrespectful, lewd, or controversial. If we feel that the location is in a bad area, we have the right to decline.
• Stolen, Damaged, and Vandalize of lawn signs – You are responsible for any stolen, damaged, or vandalize lawn signs and will have to pay a fee for each sign. Single letters and numbers – $15 and Grouped letters and images – $25

Do’s and Don’ts

• Please do make sure that pets are in the house during set up and pick up
• Please do not cut or schedule a landscaper while we are setting or picking up lawn signs
• Please do water your lawn prior to set up
• Please do not attach balloons or anything else to the signs
• Please do not move our signs for any reason
• Please do not allow anyone to play on or around the lawn sign greeting set up, also to include pets

Refund Policy

• We will not refund payment if homeowner requests greeting to be removed.
• We will not refund payments for errors that occur on the order form.
• We will not refund on circumstances out of our control that prevents us from setting up such as gate communities, fences, constructions, unfriendly animals, etc…
